This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is unbeatable - it's like getting a 4-star experience at 3-star prices. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with beautiful hard wood furniture and a comfy King's bed that ensures a good night's sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. And the breakfast spread is simply delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right. Plus, the hotel's location is convenient, especially for those flying in or out of the area - it's close to the airport, making travel a breeze.

No improvements needed - everything was spot-on!

Spent an amazing Easter weekend at this hotel. the breakfast offered was fantastic with a variety of options catering to everyone's dietary needs. the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with great blackout curtains, which helped us sleep in after a long night of festivities.

The limited elevator access. It was quite small and could only fit up to four people or two people with luggage.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite their limited English skills.

That the breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with either a king's bed or separate beds available, depending on your preference. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

We stayed at a charming hotel near the airport and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff. the room was spacious and the bathroom was sparkling clean. the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the beautiful paintings on the walls and the fresh flowers in the room. the location was perfect for us as we had an early flight, and the hotel offered a shuttle service. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking facilities.

We experienced some noise disturbance late at night from outside the hotel.

The hotel offers rooms that are well-decorated with a touch of Romanian art. The food served in the restaurant is delicious, especially the ciorba de vacuta and ciorba de burta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to navigate around town.

The stairs to the rooms are a bit narrow, so it may be a struggle for larger guests. The hotel is locked down at night and requires a call to have the door unlocked when leaving or returning, which can be a hassle if you enjoy walking around at night.

great stay in bacau! vila royal exceeded my expectations. amazing breakfast, spacious & quiet room, and stylish decor. loved the dark blinds & night-lamps. didn't even need my own pillow. definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Noisy wedding downstairs was a bummer.
